Description 

Limitless combines three synergistic compounds that target cellular energy, mitochondrial function, and metabolic regulation: 

• NAD* (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide): A critical coenzyme present in all living cells. It exists in oxidized (NAD*) and reduced (NADH) forms. 
• MOTS-C: A 16-amino-acid mitochondrial-derived peptide (MDP). Sequence: MRWQEMGYIFYPRKLR. 
• 5-Amino-1MQ: A small-molecule quinolinium derivative (5-amino-1-methylquinolinium). 

Mechanism of Action 

• NAD* serves as a substrate for sirtuins (SIRT1-7), PARPS, and CD38, regulating DNA repair, mitochondrial biogenesis, circadian rhythm, inflammation, and cellular senescence. Supplementation elevates NAD* levels, restoring sirtuin activity, enhancing mitochondrial efficiency, and supporting energy metabolism. 
• MOTS-C acts as a retrograde mitochondrial signal. It activates AMPK, promotes PGC-1a expression, increases fatty acid oxidation, improves insulin sensitivity, enhances metabolic flexibility, and protects against age- and diet-induced metabolic dysfunction.

Contraindications & Warnings

Warnings

Administration Instructions

1. Wash hands and prepare a clean surface. 
2. Attach a sterile needle. 
3. Dial the required number of clicks. 
4. Clean injection site (abdomen or thigh) with alcohol swab. 
5. Insert needle at 45-90° angle and inject slowly. 
6. Withdraw needle, dispose safely, and cap the pen. 
7. Rotate injection sites to minimize irritation. 
8. Always inspect solution before use: Do not inject if cloudy, discoloured, or containing particles.

Storage & Handling 

• Store either in refrigerator (fridge); never freeze or in a cool dry place (≤25-30°C / 77-86°F). Keep pen capped and protected from light and heat. 
• After first use: Same storage conditions. 
• Keep out of reach of children. 
• Discard if expired or solution appears abnormal.
