Description 

Lean Dreams combines two synthetic peptides with complementary actions on sleep architecture, metabolic regulation, and nocturnal recovery: 

• DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide): A nonapeptide with the sequence Trp–Ala-Gly-Gly-Asp–Ala–Ser-Gly-Glu (WAGGDASGE). 
• AOD-9604 (Anti–Obesity Drug-9604): A modified fragment of human growth hormone (hGH) comprising amino acids 177-191 with an N-terminal tyrosine. Sequence: H-Tyr-Leu-Arg-Ile-Val-Gln-Cys-Arg–Ser-Val-Glu-Gly-Ser-Cys-Gly-Phe- OH (disulfide bridge between Cys7 and Cys14). 

Mechanism of Action 

DSIP acts as a neuromodulator and sleep-regulatory peptide. It promotes delta-wave (slow–wave) sleep, normalizes sleep-wake cycles, reduces stress-induced arousal, and modulates GABAergic, serotonergic, and opioid neurotransmission. It exhibits mild anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and stress-protective properties, helping to improve sleep depth and restorative quality. 

AOD-9604 retains the lipolytic and anti-lipogenic effects of hGH without stimulating IGF–1 or affecting glucose metabolism. It activates ẞ3-adrenergic receptors in adipose tissue, enhances lipolysis and fatty acid oxidation, inhibits adipocyte differentiation, and supports lean mass preservation during rest. 

The combination synergistically enhances deep restorative sleep, optimizes overnight fat metabolism, reduces catabolic stress, and supports tissue repair and metabolic health during nocturnal recovery phases.

Lean Dreams is used to support sleep quality, nocturnal metabolic health, and recovery. It is indicated for:

Contraindications & Warnings 

Do not use if you have: 

• Known hypersensitivity to DSIP, AOD-9604, or any excipient 
• Active malignancy or history of hormone-dependent cancer 
• Severe uncontrolled psychiatric disorders (e.g., severe depression, psychosis) 
• Untreated sleep apnea or severe respiratory disorders 
• Age under 18 years 
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding

Warnings 

• Use only under medical supervision. 
• Not a substitute for standard medical treatment of insomnia, sleep-disordered breathing, obesity, or metabolic disorders. 
• Avoid operating machinery or driving until individual effects on alertness are known. 
• Discontinue immediately and seek medical attention if severe symptoms occur (e.g., chest pain, severe dizziness, breathing difficulties, or mood changes). 

Dosage & Administration 

• Subcutaneous injection only. 
• Standard Dose: 6 clicks (~250 mcg total actives: ~125 mcg DSIP + 125 mcg AOD-9604) 
• Timing: 30-60 minutes before bedtime 
• Frequency: Once per night

Administration Instructions

1. Wash hands and prepare a clean surface. 
2. Attach a sterile needle. 
3. Dial 6 clicks. 
4. Clean injection site (abdomen or thigh) with alcohol swab. 
5. Insert needle at 45-90° angle and inject slowly. 
6. Withdraw needle, dispose safely, and cap the pen. 
7. Rotate injection sites to minimize irritation. 
8. Always inspect solution before use: Do not inject if cloudy, discoloured, or containing particles. 

Side Effects 

Lean Dreams is generally well tolerated. Reported reactions are uncommon and usually mild/transient, including: 

• Mild injection-site irritation, redness, or itching 
• Transient headache or light-headedness 
• Temporary vivid dreams or changes in sleep pattern during initial days 
• Rare mild gastrointestinal discomfort or nausea 
• Rare restlessness or mild flushing (usually dose-related) 
• If any severe or persistent symptoms occur (e.g., rapid heartbeat, severe headache, breathing difficulty, or mood changes), discontinue use and contact your healthcare provider immediately. 

Storage & Handling 

• Store either in refrigerator (fridge); never freeze or in a cool dry place (≤25-30°C / 77-86°F).
• Keep pen capped and protected from light and heat. 
• After first use: Same storage conditions. 
• Keep out of reach of children. 
• Discard if expired or solution appears abnormal.
