Description 

Easy Sleep combines two synthetic peptides: 

• AOD-9604 (Anti-Obesity Drug-9604): A modified fragment of human growth hormone (hGH) comprising amino acids 177-191 with an additional tyrosine residue at the N-terminus. Chemical structure: H-Tyr–Leu-Arg-Ile-Val-Gln-Cys-Arg- Ser-Val-Glu-Gly-Ser-Cys-Gly-Phe-OH (disulfide bridge between Cys7 and Cys14). 
• DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide): A nonapeptide with the sequence Trp-Ala-Gly-Gly-Asp-Ala-Ser-Gly-Glu. Together, these peptides act synergistically to support sleep architecture, recovery, and metabolic regulation during rest. 

Mechanism of Action 

AOD-9604 mimics selected lipolytic and anabolic effects of hGH without stimulating IGF-1 production or affecting glucose metabolism. It promotes lipolysis in adipose tissue, enhances fat oxidation, preserves lean mass, and supports tissue repair through modulation of local growth factor pathways and anti-inflammatory signalling. DSIP acts as a neuromodulator and sleep-regulatory peptide. It influences delta–wave (slow-wave) sleep generation, normalizes sleep-wake cycles, reduces stress-induced arousal, modulates GABAergic and serotonergic neurotransmission, and exhibits mild anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. 

The combination supports deeper restorative sleep, improved nocturnal recovery, reduced nighttime metabolic disturbances, and enhanced overall sleep quality and daytime vitality.

Easy Sleep is used to support natural sleep quality and nighttime physiological recovery. It is indicated for:

Contraindications & Warnings 

Do not use if you have: 

• Known hypersensitivity to AOD-9604, DSIP, or any excipient 
• Active malignancy or history of hormone–dependent cancer 
• Severe uncontrolled psychiatric disorders (e.g., severe depression, psychosis) 
• Untreated sleep apnea or severe respiratory disorders 
• Age under 18 years 

Warnings 

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding 
• Use only under medical supervision. 
• Not a substitute for standard medical treatment of insomnia, sleep apnea, depression, or metabolic disorders. 
• Avoid operating machinery or driving until effects on alertness are known. 
• Discontinue immediately and seek medical attention if severe symptoms occur (e.g., chest pain, severe dizziness, breathing difficulties, or mood changes). 

Dosage & Administration 

• Subcutaneous injection only. 
• Standard Dose: 6 clicks (~250 mcg total actives: ~125 mcg AOD–9604 + 125 mcg DSIP) 
• Timing: 30-60 minutes before bedtime 
• Frequency: Once per night

Administration Instructions

1. Wash hands and prepare a clean surface. 
2. Attach a sterile needle. 
3. Dial 6 clicks. 
4. Clean injection site (abdomen or thigh) with alcohol swab. 
5. Insert needle at 45-90° angle and inject slowly. 
6. Withdraw needle, dispose safely, and cap the pen. 
7. Rotate injection sites to minimize irritation. 
8. Always inspect solution before use: Do not inject if cloudy, discoloured, or containing particles. 

Side Effects 

Easy Sleep is generally well tolerated. Reported reactions are uncommon and usually mild/transient, including: 

• Mild injection-site irritation, redness, or itching 
• Transient headache or light–headedness 
• Temporary vivid dreams or changes in sleep pattern during initial days 
• Rare mild gastrointestinal discomfort or nausea 
• Rare restlessness or mild flushing (usually dose-related) 
• If any severe or persistent symptoms occur (e.g., rapid heartbeat, severe headache, breathing difficulty, or mood changes), discontinue use and contact your healthcare provider immediately. 

Storage & Handling 

• Store either in refrigerator (fridge); never freeze or in a cool dry place (≤25-30°C / 77-86°F). Keep pen capped and protected from light and heat. 
• After first use: Same storage conditions. 
• Keep out of reach of children. 
• Discard if expired or solution appears abnormal.
